As Vice President, PAR, Dave Baker oversees all sales and operational aspects. He brings nearly 30 years of operational leadership, compliance and law enforcement experience. A strategic leader, Dave focuses on optimizing efficiency, ensuring scalability and driving process improvements across operations and vendor relations. His background includes experience as a Chief Operating Officer and a distinguished career as a Retired Chief of Police. This gives him a unique foundation in risk management and compliance with federal regulations (CFPB, FDCPA, GLBA), ensuring ethical practice and strong partnership management.

As VP of Client Operations at PAR, Mike brings extensive operations knowledge to his role. With PAR since 2010, Mike has gained a holistic understanding of our operations with experience overseeing Repo Operations, Vendor Management and Skip Services. Today, Mike leads the Client Relations team, concentrating on strengthening our client relationships and enhancing the overall client experience. His deep knowledge of our processes and dedication to the customer experience serve him well in this role. When he’s not working, Mike enjoys pickleball and golf.

As Director of Recovery Operations at PAR, Kristina oversees all Repossession Operations teams. With PAR since 2013, Kristina has gained a deep understanding of all company processes and procedures by being involved with all aspects of recovery management and having experience in a variety of managerial roles during her career at PAR. Kristina has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to driving results. Outside of work, Kristina likes to spend time with family and friends playing games and enjoys time off to travel to new places for fun, diverse experiences.
